作为一个很喜欢吃米饭的南方人,我特别的喜欢做上一些汤汁浓郁的饭菜吃,因为在米饭上淋上汤汁,沾上酱汁汤汁的米饭,简单的拌一下就会十分好吃,一碗米饭也能很快速的就吃完。

这里说的汤汁不局限于汤,有时候料汁酱汁拌米饭会更好吃,而且米饭也一样很好嚼,不会像汤一样不要嚼就直接吞下去,不太好。

那下面就给大家介绍几道我常做适合拌饭吃的菜,每一道就是汤汁、酱汁浓郁,每次只要有其中一道菜米饭就要多煮,否则不够吃。

辣泡菜拌饭

食材:拌饭酱、白米饭、辣泡菜、香肠、鸡蛋、葱、胡萝卜、豆芽菜、菠菜、芝麻、芝麻油、盐。

做法

1、胡萝卜洗净去皮刨丝,香肠切块,葱切葱花,泡菜切块。

2、一锅清水,豆芽菜洗净入锅,放少许盐,豆芽菜炒熟。

3、捞出豆芽,放。

4、捞出菠菜,放胡萝卜丝,都捞出沥水,其中菠菜对半切。

焯蔬菜的时候,香肠入锅蒸,铺上蔬菜跟腊肠、泡菜,放适量芝麻油,撒少许芝麻,舀两大勺子泡菜汁,一勺拌饭酱。

5、煎蛋,撒点黑胡椒,放上煎蛋,撒少许葱花。

鸡丝杂粮拌饭

食材:大米100克、小米50克、糙米50克、鸡胸肉1块、胡萝卜半根、西兰花半个、西红柿半个、香菇5朵、玉米粒40克、青豆40克、紫薯1个、土豆半个、姜5克、蒜5克、蚝油15克、生抽15克、盐2克。

做法

1、准备一锅清水,放入葱段、姜片、1小勺盐,再放入鸡胸大火煮开,转中小火煮20分钟。

2、煮熟的鸡胸肉用两个叉子撕成丝,胡萝卜、紫薯、土豆切小块,香菇切片。

3、电饭煲里先放入三种米,加入适量清水,铺上土豆、紫薯、胡萝卜、玉米粒、青豆,中间留出一块地方放入半个西红柿,按下煮饭键。

4、等米饭焖熟以后,起锅烧油,爆香蒜末姜末。

5、再把焖好的米饭也放进去一起炒,调味加入1大勺蚝油,1大勺生抽,2克盐,翻炒均匀。

6、最后把烫熟的西兰花也一起放进去炒匀就可以出锅。

为更好地迎接奥运会,北京市外办组织专家对中国菜单译文进行了审核。2007年1月底,北京市餐饮饭店中的数千种菜品、酒水将拥有统一规范的“英文名”。

“Scrambled Egg with Tomato”(西红柿炒鸡蛋)、“Egg plants with Garlic Sauce”(鱼香茄子),明年1月底,北京市餐饮饭店中的数千种菜品、酒水将拥有统一规范的“英文名”。据了解,北京市首次针对餐饮菜单规范英文译法的工作目前已基本完成,数千种菜品、酒水的英文翻译将从12月20日开始对外公布,邀请市民参与补充建议。

等待市民评判补充的北京市餐饮英文菜单涉及冷菜、热菜、羹汤、主食、小吃、西餐、甜品、中国酒、洋酒、饮料等多个品类,数千种菜品酒水,仅饮料目前已搜集到的就有两百多种。北京市餐饮菜单的英文译法计划在明年1月底推出,届时不仅北京市旅游局计划向全市星级酒店餐厅推广,而且还将为计划推出双语菜单的餐饮企业提供参考。
